Oliver Crossley

Oliver Crossley, PhD, currently serves as the Materials Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Ceres, having held various roles including Lead and Ink Industrialisation Engineer since October 2021. Prior experience includes positions as Technology Development Manager and Scientist at Antaco, a recognized leader in converting organic waste into carbon material through innovative hydrothermal carbonization technology. Oliver has also worked as a Research Scientist at Surrey NanoSystems Ltd, focusing on low-temperature applications of Vantablack, and as a Research and Development Scientist at Elementis Global, conducting polymer science research. Early career experience includes a research role at International University Bremen and project leadership at The Engineering Development Trust, exploring renewable energy solutions. Oliver holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Surrey and a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
