Charis Becnel

Charis Becnel has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager and previously as HR Generalist at Ceres Technologies since October 2011. Responsibilities include payroll administration, benefits and 401K plan enrollment, HRMS database management, personnel management, and employee training programs. Prior to this role, Charis gained valuable experience as HR Assistant at Precision Flow Technologies from July 2009 to October 2011, supporting the HR Manager and focusing on staff development, mediation, and legal compliance. Charis holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration Management from Stonehill College, completed in 2002.
