Hayley Adamski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Hayley is currently working as an Interim Executive Director at Conservation Science Partners since 2022. Previously, they worked as an Executive Coach at Ceresa from 2018 to the present. In 2016, Hayley founded their own company, Hayley Adamski, where they serve as Founder and CEO. Hayley'swork involves social impact consulting, leadership coaching, and providing business consulting to social impact businesses and nonprofits. Additionally, they are the Co-founder and Chief Alignment Officer at the School of Ethical Impact since 2021. Hayley also has experience as an Interim Executive Director at Imani Collective from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director at Juliettes House from 2014 to 2016. Hayley has also worked as a Program Director at Project MANA and as a Volunteer & Event Coordinator at Tahoe SAFE Alliance. Earlier roles in their career include Member Services Coordinator at Sourcing Interests Group and Orientation and Training Specialist at LTC Financial Partners.
Hayley Adamski holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Community Development Policy and Practice from the UNH Carsey School of Public Policy, which they obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science at Whitman College. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications, including a 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certificate from the Yoga Alliance in November 2019, a Co-Active Coach certification from the Co-Active Training Institute in July 2016, and a Sustainable Microenterprise and Development Program certificate from the University of New Hampshire - Carsey School of Public Policy in June 2013.
