Marcella Gubitosa

Marcella Gubitosa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resources. Currently serving as Presidente of Associazione Senior Stars&Cows since September 2022, Marcella is dedicated to supporting young professionals' integration into the workforce. As the Founder and CEO of Stars & Cows since January 2018, Marcella leads an innovative SME focused on talent recruiting, organizational consulting, and digital training. Additionally, Marcella is the Amministratore Delegato and Board Member at Irecoop Emilia-Romagna, specializing in cooperative training programs. Previous roles include President and CEO of Nuova Cerform, where Marcella successfully relaunched the company, and key positions at Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. and Tetra Pak, focusing on HR management and business partnerships. Marcella holds a degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
