Shelley Gifford

Shelley Gifford has over 30 years of experience in the sales and operations industry. Shelley began their career in 1991 at Thomson Reuters - Tax & Accounting as an Inside Sales Representative (On Site). Over the next several years, they progressed to roles such as Lead, Operations Integration & Reporting (Hybrid), Sr. Solutions Services Consultant (Hybrid), Sr. Process Specialist (Hybrid), and Service Delivery Lead (Remote). In their most recent role, they worked as a Sales Operations Consultant for CeriFi since 2022.

Shelley Gifford has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015. Shelley also holds a BBA in Business Management and Marketing from Howard Payne University, which they earned between 1985 and 1989.
