Heather Ross

Heather Ross has extensive experience in user training and project management, currently serving as an End User Adoption Specialist and Administrator of the Cerium Learning Center at Cerium Networks since October 2003. In this role, Heather supervises Avaya courses and provides end-user training. Prior to this position, Heather worked as a Trainer and Project Manager at ESP Technologies from July 2000 to September 2003.
