Maddy Rieman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales within various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Cerkl since December 2015, Maddy leads initiatives focused on proactive, personalized service for over 1000 enterprise and self-service partners. In a former role as an Enterprise Sales Executive, Maddy collaborated with organizations to enhance audience engagement through innovative strategies. Additionally, Maddy has held leadership positions such as the Steering Committee Chair for Social Media & Digital Engagement for the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce's Women's Initiative and President of the Miami University Club of Fashion and Design. Maddy's earlier experience includes impactful roles in real estate leasing and a cooperative program at Totes Isotoner. Maddy holds a degree from Miami University, earned from 2011 to 2016.
