Nelssa Pradityana

Nelssa Pradityana has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in various companies. Nelssa is currently employed as an HR Ops Assistant Manager at Cermati.com starting from May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at PT. Dgas Alam Semesta from December 2019 to May 2022. Before that, they served as a Human Capital Representative at Kawan Lama Corporate from September 2017 to December 2019. From November 2016 to August 2017, they held the position of Test Administrator at Learning Resources Indonesia. Nelssa also gained experience at Roche where they worked as an HR Staff from October 2015 to September 2016 and as a Human Resources Intern from March 2015 to September 2015. Nelssa'sfirst professional experience was at SHL Indonesia where they served as a Test Administrator Assistant (Associate) from September 2014 to March 2015 and as an Intern from July 2014 to September 2014.

Nelssa Pradityana attended SMAN 3 Tangerang from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, graduating in 2015.
