Lore Taillieu

Lore Taillieu has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Language Teacher at CVO-KHNB for five years, focusing on Spanish total immersion classes. Following this, Lore worked as an Executive Assistant in HR and Marketing at S2M from 2001 to 2003. They then joined CERN in 2003 as an HR Generalist, fulfilling advisory and partner functions for ten years. Lore took a two-year career break from 2010 to 2012 and later became a Recruitment Section Leader at CERN for a brief period in 2010. Most recently, they held the roles of Head of Talent Acquisition from 2016 to 2021 and currently serve as the Head of People eXperience and Engagement at CERN.

Lore Taillieu completed a DEA/DESS in Psycholinguistics from KU Leuven between 1990 and 1995. They also pursued an MSc DEss in Human Resources Management, Marketing, and Market Research at Belgium Jobs, and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Linguistics and Literature with a focus on Romance languages from KU Leuven.
