Shaine Pennington

Shaine Pennington has extensive experience in law enforcement and construction management. Currently serving as Assistant Superintendent at MW Builders since September 2019, Shaine previously spent nearly two decades at the Johnson County Sheriff's Office, progressing through various leadership roles. As Captain, responsibilities included overseeing the Patrol Division, Warrants Division, and serving as SWAT Commander. Earlier positions included Lieutenant, managing the Investigations Division and Narcotics Unit, and Sergeant, supervising the Patrol Division and later the narcotics unit. Shaine began the career as a Deputy Sheriff in 1995, excelled as a lead Field Training Officer in the Patrol Division, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Central Missouri State University.
