At each company, Rick has played a significant role in enhancing employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and overall corporate culture. With a background in consulting, Rick has demonstrated a strong ability to drive strategies and initiatives that have a positive impact on organizations. Rick's education includes a degree from Princeton University.
