Thomas Langthaler

Thomas Langthaler currently serves as the Deputy Head of Defensive Security at CERTAINITY since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Security Officer at Deutsche Welle from April 2021 to October 2022, and as an Assistant Manager at KPMG Deutschland from October 2018 to March 2021. Thomas worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Deutschland and at Comma Soft AG, with prior positions at KPMG Deutschland as an Associate and Intern. Thomas began a career with a role as a Translator at Runtastic. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Secure Information Systems from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in IT-Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.
