Alan Wood

Alan Wood is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as Senior Regional Human Resources Manager at CertainTeed since January 2017. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Milacron, responsible for the Wear Technology division, and managing human resources for multiple manufacturing facilities at Westlake Chemical. Alan also held positions at CertainTeed Corporation and spent over 13 years at USG, where responsibilities ranged from managing human resources for a start-up paper mill to overseeing multiple manufacturing facilities. Alan holds a BA in Business, Behavioral Science, and English from Texas Tech University.
