Ron DiSantis

Mr. Ron DiSantis has more than 15 years of experience in corporate development, with a proven track record of identifying strategic growth opportunities and executing mergers & acquisitions. Before joining Certara, he was at IQVIA for more than 6 years as Vice President, Corporate Development, where he was responsible for M&A activities for several business units and led the venture investment program globally. Previously, he has also held corporate development roles at Vishay Intertechnology and Airgas, Inc.

Mr. DiSantis earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from The Fox School of Business, Temple University. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute and is also Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
