Annika Kokko

Annika Kokko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and project management. Currently serving as Team Lead for Tekninen käyttötuki at CERTEGO Finland since January 2019, Annika has previously held various roles at Equinix EMEA from November 2013 to April 2018, including ICT Project Lead, System Specialist, Security Manager, and Security Coordinator. Prior to that, Annika worked at Academica Oy in multiple positions, such as Technical Specialist and Technical Customer Support, from February 2009 to November 2013. Annika began the career at Saunalahti Group Oyj as a Customer Support Specialist from October 2007 to February 2009.
