Ricci Varley

Ricci Varley has extensive experience in the engineering services sector, currently serving as Operations Manager at CERTEX UK since July 2010. Varley has held various positions within the company, including Business Development Manager and Training and Compliance Engineer, specializing in the development and delivery of training courses related to lifting operations in offshore, onshore, and renewable sectors. Expertise includes crane inspection, wire rope manufacture, lifting equipment safety training, and managing engineers' competencies. Previously, Varley worked as a Lifting Gear Inspection/Test Engineer at Seabed Scour Control Systems Limited from June 2004 to July 2010, where initial experience began with an apprenticeship following a work placement. Education was completed at Cliff Park High School from 2000 to 2004.
