Terhi Kopponen

Terhi Kopponen is an experienced professional in financial management and HR, currently serving as Development Manager at Certia Oy since September 2022, focusing on improving processes for Finnish universities in financial accounting, travel, and HR. Previously, Terhi held various roles at Oscar Software Oy from May 2010 to September 2022, including Lead Product Owner for the Oscar Pro ERP system, where responsibilities included product backlog prioritization, feature planning, and sales support, alongside leading project management within the financial management project organization. Terhi also managed Oscar Pro and Mepco HRM software implementation projects, specializing in software parametrization and administrator training. Early career experience included a position in Accounts Receivable at Pirkanmaan Osuuskauppa from September 2005 to April 2010. Terhi holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Organisation from the University of Tampere and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Helsinki.
