Jan Crha

Jan Crha is a Software Engineer at CertiCon a.s. since July 2020, focusing on the development of medical applications for implantable cardiac rhythm monitoring products using technologies such as C++, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Jan has also created testing tools in C# and Java for quality assurance and system engineers. Prior to this role, Jan worked as a Junior Software Engineer, developing applications to streamline MRI examinations using a domain-specific programming language. Jan gained experience as a Guest Scientist at Paul Scherrer Institut PSI from August 2016 to December 2018, where experiments supporting user programs and simulations of neutron-sensitive scintillator detectors were conducted. Jan holds a PhD in Physical and Material Engineering, a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering, all from Czech Technical University in Prague.
