Ondřej Harcuba

Ornella Dalmazzo is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in various administrative and financial roles. Since January 2009, Ornella has been a consultant at D&Asoc. Consultores. Previous positions include serving as Head of Administration at O.S. from December 2017 to November 2020, and a consultant for health system strengthening under the Government of Buenos Aires in September 2017. Additionally, Ornella contributed as an expert consultant in acquisitions and HR for the Ministry of Industry between November 2014 and February 2016, and as a specialist in financial planning for the OIM in late 2015. Notable experience also includes operational management assistance in the Ministry of Health's project from January 2013 to October 2014. With a degree in Public Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires and a diploma in Health Insurance and Prepaid Medicine Management from the ISALUD Foundation, Ornella combines academic knowledge with practical expertise in the public and private sectors.
