Rhonda Bills, CLTC is an accomplished professional in long-term care planning and the President/CEO of Long Term Care Strategies, Inc., a company founded in October 2002 after six years with Marsh McLennan Companies. With extensive experience as a Long Term Care Specialist, Rhonda focuses on networking with financial planners, CPAs, estate planning attorneys, and other professionals to provide expert assistance in long-term care strategies. Additionally, since January 2022, Rhonda has served as a CLTC Instructor, educating financial and insurance professionals on Certified Long Term Care courses. Rhonda also supports brokers at KHI Financial Solutions and previously worked as a Senior Long Term Care Specialist at Marsh McLennan, where training and sales development were key responsibilities. Rhonda holds a BA in Communications & Theatre from Simpson College and has a strong foundation from BCLUW High School.
