David O'Diam has a diverse work experience, primarily in the meat industry. David started their career at The Ohio State University as a Meat Lab Manager, where they oversaw operations and supervised a team of 12 employees. David supported faculty and graduate students with research in the meat lab. David then transitioned to Certified Angus Beef LLC, where they held various positions. David worked as a Brand Extension Manager, leading the growth and positioning of Certified Angus Beef brand Natural and Prime products. David also served as an Assistant Director in Business Development, Packing, and Executive Account Manager before becoming a Director and later Vice President of Retail. In these roles, they developed and implemented strategies to advance grocer success and drive customer loyalty, while also leading sales and marketing teams.
David O'Diam completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Animal Sciences/Meat Science from the same university, embarking on this academic journey from 2006 and completing it in 2009.
