Thomas Dudley

Thomas Dudley is a co-founder and CEO of Certified Employee-Owned, where the focus is on building an employee-owned economy since January 2016. Previously, Thomas served as a PhD candidate (ABD) at Stanford Graduate School of Business from August 2013 to December 2016, conducting research on employee ownership while completing coursework in statistics, econometrics, machine learning, and experiment design. Prior to that, Thomas worked at Bain & Company from September 2010 to July 2013 as both a Strategy Practice Analyst, conducting strategy research through statistical analysis and case studies, and as an Associate Consultant, addressing strategic issues for Fortune 500 companies across various industries. Thomas holds an M.S. in Statistics from Stanford University and a B.S. in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Virginia.
