Lori McDonald has worked in various sales and marketing roles since 2004. In 2004, they worked as an Outreach Membership Specialist for the Girl Scouts, where they increased membership by 18%, identified target markets, and promoted new membership experiences. In 2006, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Consultant for ServiceMagic, Inc., where they were consistently ranked in the top 15% of sales and marketing representatives. In 2007, they joined Ask.com/IAC Advertising as an Inside Sales Account Executive and was later promoted to Strategic Account Manager for the Central Region. At this role, they activated the most accounts at Ask Sponsored Listings and won five out of six Sales Achievement Awards. In 2010, they joined BIological Equipment (FMC) as a Senior Sales Executive and introduced a new marketing strategy that brought in over $30K in the first week. Most recently, in 2013, they joined Certified Genetool, Inc. as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, where they provide life science researchers with certified, refurbished biotech instruments.
Lori McDonald earned their Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2003. Lori then went on to receive their Masters in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University San Francisco Bay Area in 2006.
