Amber Grissom

Amber Grissom is the Marketing Coordinator at Certified Guaranty Company. Amber previously worked as a Public Services Librarian 1 at Marion County Library Headquarters from July 2019 to February 2022. There, they conducted reader advisory interviews, provided referential information service to patrons in-person and through telephone, created and managed library programming events, researched new books and materials, and navigated online resources and databases. Amber also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Central Florida from August 2017 to August 2019, and as a Child Advocacy Manager at the Florida 5th Judicial Circuit Guardian ad Litem Program from August 2016 to June 2017.

Amber Grissom has a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida, a Graduate Certificate in Gender Studies from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Theirtory from the University of Central Florida. Amber also has certification from the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative in Conflict of Interest - Stage 1, Social and Behavioral Research Investigators and Key Personnel, and Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research.
