Viet Dang

Viet Dang currently serves as an Advanced Specialist at the FDA since September 2024 and has been a Principal Lead Scientist at Certified Laboratories, Inc. since June 2022. Prior roles include Scientist in Innovation Product Development at Beyond Meat from December 2020 to June 2022, and Sr. Product Applications Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific from December 2019 to November 2020. Viet Dang's earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Scientist III at Iowa State University (June 2017 - July 2019) and Assistant Scientist and Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Florida (April 2012 - May 2017). Viet Dang holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Environmental Chemistry from Clemson University, where education was completed between 2008 and 2012.
