John Brady III

John Brady III has gained diverse work experience in the construction industry. John started their career as a Construction Laborer at Saunders Construction in 2016, where they gained hands-on skills in tasks such as composite cleaning, trench work, and operating machinery. In 2017, they worked as an Office Engineer at Heath Construction, where they successfully managed multiple projects, ensuring compliance with certifications and coordinating with subcontractors. John then joined Saunders Construction again in 2018 as an Office/Field Engineer, performing work on demolition projects and acquiring communication skills with project management, subcontractors, and city officials. In 2019, they worked as an Office/Field Engineer at Kiewit, where they gained experience in project management for the Omaha Zoo and Aquarium projects, including creating work plans and coordinating with various stakeholders. Most recently, in 2020, they took on the role of Project Manager at Certified, managing complex projects for clients in the Tri-State Area and beyond.

John Brady III completed their education at Colorado State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. John attended the university from 2014 to 2019. Prior to their university education, they graduated from Mead High School in an unspecified year. In addition to their formal education, John obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in June 2023.
