Simon Maas

Simon Maas has a strong background in operations and strategy, with experience in a variety of industries. Simon is currently the Chief Operating Officer at CertifyOS, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to joining CertifyOS, Simon was the Vice President of Strategy & Operations at Tomorrow Health from February 2020 to October 2023. At Tomorrow Health, they were responsible for building and scaling the company's product and market, as well as leading teams focused on efficiency, automation, and improving patient outcomes. Before that, Simon was the Director of Operations at Oscar Health from May 2016 to February 2020, where they played a key role in the company's growth, expanding it from 2 markets and 40k members to 15 markets and 400k members. Simon was responsible for the strategy, design, automation, and management of the insurance machinery. Simon began their career as a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman from June 2012 to May 2016.

Simon Maas has a Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard University. Simon also attended St. George's School in Vancouver, British Columbia.
