Alex Jones, FPC, has a diverse background with experience in various roles, notably as a Payroll Specialist at CertiPay since February 2020. Prior to this position, Alex served as a Security Guard at Warner University from May 2017 to February 2020, and as a Restaurant Manager at Steak n Shake from March 2016 to January 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing over 130 employees, scheduling, hiring, and handling customer service issues. Alex's earlier experience includes serving as a Lead at LEGOLAND from November 2014 to March 2016, managing daily operations in the supervisor's absence. Alex holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Warner University, with additional studies at Polk State College, Ivy Tech Community College, and Indiana State University.
