- Working as a Technical Support Specialist at Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business since August 2017, providing support for exam testing software and assisting with resolving any technical issues.

- Working at Bluehost from September 2015 to December 2016, initially as a Technical Support / Web Hosting / Computers and Internet / IT, assisting with shared and cloud customers and troubleshooting website and server-related issues.
