Benito Lettieri

Benito Lettieri has over 15 years of experience in project management and client services. Benito worked at Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business from 2016 until the present, starting as a Deployment Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, and then transitioning to a Senior Project Manager responsible for Microsoft VL Large Account deals in the Americas and LATAM. In these roles, they developed project scopes, implementation plans, and deployment strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and resource allocation. Prior to that, Benito worked at Pearson VUE from 2005 to 2016 as a Senior Client Services Support Manager and Service Delivery Manager. In this position, they analyzed business processes, managed client relationships, and directed support teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services in the MENA region.

Benito Lettieri obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, which they completed between the years 1994 and 2000. In 2003, they further pursued their education and completed a Master's degree in Management from Hamline University, majoring in Management, during the years 2003 to 2006.
