From 2000 to 2001, they worked as an Operations Manager at Yobro Productions. In 2001, they joined Spanish Fork Press as a General Manager and Managing Editor, a role they held until 2005. Steve then joined Circlepix as a Print Manager in 2005. From 2006 to 2007, they served as the Managing Editor at Spanish Fork News. In 2007, they joined Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business and held multiple roles including Software QA Engineer, Development Coordinator, Test Publisher, Sr. Technical Sales Support Analyst, and currently serves as the Technical Support Manager. Steve Hardman attended Utah State University from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Anthropology and Folklore. Prior to this, they attended the College of Eastern Utah from 1989 to 1998, but the field of study is unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Steve obtained several certifications including the Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) in Introduction to Programming Using HTML and CSS, the IC3 Digital Literacy Certification - Global Standard 6 Master, the Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) in Database Administration Fundamentals, the Communication Skills for Business certification, the Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification (MOS) - 2016, the Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification (MOS) - 2013, the Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) in Print & Digital Publication using Adobe InDesign CC 2015, and the Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) in Visual Design using Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.
