Grace Chong

Grace Chong currently serves as the Head of the Integrated Recruitment Hub at Certis, where the focus lies on recruiting and retaining Frontliners for the Physical Security Business. With extensive experience in human resources, Grace has previously held roles including Assistant Vice President, where the emphasis was on permanent placements, contract staffing, and payroll management. Additional roles at Certis include Senior Account Director and Account Director, with a strong emphasis on integrating operational strategies within the healthcare sector. Prior to Certis, Grace held positions such as Brand Manager at Australian Fruit Juice (S) Pte Ltd, and Sales Executive at Pure Eddiction Pte. Ltd., and acquired foundational experience in customer service and sales at CEVA Logistics and DB Schenker. Grace holds an MBA from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from RMIT University.
