Swati K. began their work experience in 2013 as a Support Worker at Certitude, where they gained valuable skills in communication, interaction, and understanding the needs of the people they supported. In 2016, they joined Grow3 Limited as an Intern Project Manager, where they further developed their analytical skills through various projects and gained experience working with clients.

Swati K. pursued their education in a chronological order. In 2014, they enrolled in London Metropolitan University where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Following this, they went on to attend BPP University from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a MSc degree in Management with Project Management. Throughout their time at BPP University, Swati studied various subjects including Leadership and Change Management, Operations, Marketing, Strategies, and also gained proficiency in MSP Software and Prince 2.
