Iuliana Neacșu

Iuliana Neacșu has worked as an Account Manager at certSIGN since March 2014 and later became the Operations Manager in July 2018. Prior to working at certSIGN, they worked as a Research and Development professional at Institutul de Stiinte ale Educatiei from June 2011 to December 2011.

Iuliana Neacșu completed their education history with a Bachelor's degree in Filologie from Liceul teoretic George Calinescu. Following this, they pursued a Licentiate degree in Communication and public relations from S.N.S.P.A, which they completed in 2012. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in Project Management from S.N.S.P.A/ FACULTATEA DE COMUNICARE SI RELATII PUBLICE, which they completed in 2014.
