Valentin Necoara

Valentin Necoara has extensive work experience in the field of technology and management. Valentin began their career in 2001 as a Programmer at UTI Systems SA, where they worked until 2006. In 2007, they joined certSIGN as a Department Manager, where they successfully managed the Implementation Integration and Support department. During their time at certSIGN, Valentin also served as the PKI & Crypto Business Unit Manager, wherein they played a crucial role in business planning, sales coordination, business development, and implementation and support of projects. Valentin later advanced to the position of Chief Technology Officer in 2017, demonstrating their expertise and leadership in the field. Throughout their career, Valentin has consistently demonstrated their technical prowess while also excelling in management and business development.

Valentin Necoara pursued their education in the field of computer science at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained an Engineer's degree. Later, in 2006, they enrolled at the Military Technical Academy "Ferdinand I" to further enhance their expertise in Information Security Management. Valentin completed a Master's degree in this field in the year 2007.
