Michael Lucero

Michael Lucero is a seasoned professional in customer experience management with a diverse background in the cycling and sports industries. Currently serving as the Global Customer Experience Manager at Cervélo since December 2019, Michael previously held the position of Customer Experience Manager in the same company. Prior to that role, Michael was the General Manager at Jax Bicycle Center from July 2018 to December 2019 and served as Sales Manager at Trek Bicycle from January to May 2018. Michael's earlier experience includes a significant role as Assistant Manager, Brand Ambassador, and Trainer at ASICS America from June 2014 to October 2017. Academically, Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from California Baptist University and a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Sport Science: Pre-Physical Therapy from Concordia University Irvine.
