Julie Ann Nicely Sphr

Julie Ann Nicely has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to administration and human resources. Julie Ann started their career at CES Security, Inc. in 1987, where they held the position of Administrator / Human Resources for over 30 years until 2019. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President of Administration, and in 2021, they further advanced to the role of Senior Vice President. Additionally, Julie served as the Director of Administration at the Baltimore Area Convention & Visitors Association from 1999 to 2000.

Julie Ann Nicely, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing & Media at Loyola University Maryland from 1982 to 1985. In addition to their undergraduate education, Julie obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in October 2019 and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in July 2020.
