Jad Eways

Jad Eways is a skilled education professional currently serving as the Manager of Education Pilots at the Cesar Chavez Foundation since July 2023, where responsibilities include managing program portfolios, building stakeholder relationships, overseeing implementation, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Previously, Jad taught physics at USC Brío College Prep High School from July 2019 to July 2023, delivering data-driven instruction to over 350 students and improving academic outcomes. Additional experiences include a role as a Media Services Specialist at Occidental College, providing technical support for faculty, and tutoring Arabic as a Peer Language Advisor. Jad's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Urban Education and Leadership from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics with a geology emphasis from Occidental College.
