Florence Calmant

Florence Calmant is a professional with extensive experience in psychosocial prevention and recruitment. Since October 2015, Florence has held the position of Conseillère en prévention - Aspects psychosociaux and Chargée de recrutement at CESI SEPP | CESI EDPB. Previously, from June 2013 to October 2015, Florence worked as a recruiter/headhunter at Bureaux de recrutement, responsible for job postings and candidate search strategies. Academically, Florence earned a Master's degree in Psychology from Université catholique de Louvain and a Master's degree in specialized risk management and well-being with a focus on psychosocial aspects from the University of Liège. Florence also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université catholique de Louvain and has pursued additional studies in Dutch and management.
