Candace Galiffa

Candace leads our finances at Cesium, handling everything from our day-to-day, to crunching numbers, to monthly reporting and accounting. Most importantly, she takes all of that information, combined with our business goals, to advise us on an overall smart fiscal strategy to help grow Cesium.

Candace has been a Certified Public Accountant for more than 10 years and has worked in a variety of accounting and advisory positions at the public accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers and at Independent Blue Cross. Candace is also the founder and president of NewWay Accounting, where she specializes in working with small businesses and start-up companies to provide financial strategies and help grow profits.

She lives in Garnet Valley, PA with her husband Phil and their daughter Giavana. When she isn’t running numbers, you can find her chasing the baby, out for a run, or in the kitchen baking treats.
