Jason Bodewitz brings to Cesium his expertise in strategic system and process development, implementation, and execution—including operational, financial, and change management—as well as managing and advising on large portfolios of strategic projects in both the public and private sectors.
After high school, Jason enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and worked as an intelligence analyst, then leveraged his military experience in his role as a strategic nuclear program analyst and contracts manager for the DoD after completing his undergraduate degree. After getting his MBA, he worked at UGI Corporation/AmeriGas across business development, corporate development, and strategic projects functions, rounding out his experience there on a multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation. Jason’s nontraditional educational path also inspired him to found an education startup that provided low-cost, high-quality admissions consulting to applicants across the world, helping to limit applicants’ barriers to higher education.
Jason earned his BA in Philosophy and English from Creighton University and his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He enjoys spending time with his family, baking, Muay Thai and boxing, reading, watching movies and television, and writing, most recently working on screenplays and children’s stories.
