Luiz Moretto

Luiz Moretto is an accomplished executive in the fields of internal audit and compliance, currently serving as Executive Director of Internal Audit & Loss Prevention, Chief Audit Executive, and Global Head of Internal Audit at Braskem since November 2016. Luiz also holds a position on the Compliance Committee at Cetrel. Previously, Luiz led the Internal Audit department at Via Varejo SA and served as an Advisory Senior Manager at EY for over a decade, managing internal audit transformations and risk management across diverse sectors globally. Luiz's early career included a role as a Senior Consultant at PRGX, overseeing audit planning and data analytics. Luiz's academic credentials include an Executive MBA in ESG & Impact, certifications in compliance and internal controls, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Foreign Trade from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
