Jan Willem Onderwater RM serves as the Managing Director and Commercial Director for CEWE Benelux since February 2018, overseeing Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce. As the founder and entrepreneur of NOSHIRT, Jan Willem has dedicated over 15 years to creating comfortable base layer clothing. Additionally, Jan Willem has held various interim management and consulting roles across multiple companies, including Van Geloven, Conair Corporation, PostNL, Bruna BV, Nestlé, and AkzoNobel, focusing on strategic marketing and brand management. Jan Willem holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology and is pursuing a Register Marketeer qualification from NIMA.
