Rob O'Neil has worked in a variety of positions since 1995. Rob began their career with the USAF as a Captain, where they were in a command and control line officer position focused on air battle management. In 2001, they moved to Raymond Geddes and Company as the Director of International Operations, where they ran the Shanghai office and international sourcing operations. Rob managed a staff of 7 Chinese nationals, and was responsible for over 600 different stationery products. Finally, in 2003, they joined CEXEC, Inc. as the Vice President of Professional Services. In this role, they led teams that supported CEXEC clients in the Federal aviation market, and developed new business for the company.
Rob O'Neil completed their Bachelor of Science in General Engineering and Theirtory from the United States Air Force Academy in 1995. Rob then went on to pursue their MBA in Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2009.
