Malshan Gunasekera

Malshan Gunasekera is an experienced operations executive currently working at Dilmah Tea since December 2021. Prior to this role, Malshan contributed to Adello Pvt Ltd as an operations executive, where responsibilities included supporting organizational operations and assisting marketing and sales teams in meeting targets, as well as managing customer inquiries. Malshan also worked as a financial planning executive at AIA from February 2018 to August 2020, focusing on presenting investment and protection plans tailored to customer needs. Additionally, Malshan served as an assistant badminton coach at St. Peter's College Colombo, coaching students from Grade 03 to Advance Level. Malshan completed education at St. Peter's College from January 2001 to August 2014 and is currently pursuing a diploma in Sales and Marketing Operations at the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing-SLIM since October 2020.
