Charles-Olivier Hardy is an experienced emergency services technician currently working as a Technicien Mesures d’Urgence at Mine Raglan since January 2022, specializing in various areas including ARFF firefighting, structural firefighting, hazmat response, search and rescue, rope rescue, mine rescue, and first aid.
