Charles-Olivier Hardy

Charles-Olivier Hardy is an experienced emergency services technician currently working as a Technicien Mesures d’Urgence at Mine Raglan since January 2022, specializing in various areas including ARFF firefighting, structural firefighting, hazmat response, search and rescue, rope rescue, mine rescue, and first aid. Prior to this role, Charles-Olivier served as a firefighter with Ville de la Tuque for a decade, where responsibilities included responding to fire alarms, providing emergency medical services, executing salvage operations, and performing maintenance on firefighting equipment. Additional experience includes positions at WestRock Company as an industrial firefighter and various roles at Reebok, ranging from Store Manager to Team Lead. Charles-Olivier also contributed to the Académie des pompiers by promoting firefighting careers and educating youth about the profession. Educational qualifications include a Professional Degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Académie des pompiers and additional studies in Physical Sciences from college d'Anjou. Charles-Olivier has also attained NFPA 1003 certification through TEEX.
