Robert Bailey

Robert Bailey has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a retired Senior Banking Officer at C&F Bank since January 2020. Prior to this role, Robert Bailey was the President of Peoples Community Bank, a position held since July 2000, and where Robert played a key role in expanding lending opportunities in the Northern Neck of Virginia and the Richmond and Fredericksburg markets. Additional notable positions include Chief Operating Officer at Children's Home Society from 2003 to 2005, Chairman at Union Bank (now Union First Market) from 1986 to 2000, and Senior Vice President at Atlantic Permanent Savings and Loan from 1976 to 1978.
