Teresa Sporbert

Teresa Sporbert is an accomplished banking professional with over 15 years of experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the First Vice President and Richmond Market Leader at Citizens & Farmers Bank since June 2008. Prior to this position, Teresa held the role of AVP and Branch Manager at Bank of America from 2004 to 2008 and served as Regional Sales Manager at TransForce from 2000 to 2004. Teresa holds a Master of Professional Studies in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a degree in Business Management with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies from Mary Baldwin University. In addition to formal education, Teresa has completed training with the Virginia Bankers Association and Dale Carnegie.
