Wayne Huang

Wayne Huang has extensive work experience in various industries, including IT audit and data analytics. Their most recent role was as the Head of IT Audit and Data Analytics at CF Industries. Before that, they worked at CME Group as the Sr. Director of Internal Audit and Data Analytics, where they built a global data analytics organization and delivered analytics to over 40 audits. Prior to that, Wayne was the IT Audit and Data Analytics Director at Caterpillar Inc., where they managed the IT Audit and Data Analytics division and delivered descriptive analytics for 50 audits. Wayne also worked as an IT Manager at Caterpillar, where they managed a team and provided support across all IT functions. Additionally, Wayne has held roles such as Six Sigma Black Belt and Technical Team Lead at Caterpillar. Wayne has also worked at Advisor Software, Epicentric, Xpedior, and Accenture in various business analyst and project management roles.

Wayne Huang obtained an International Executive MBA from Purdue University Daniels School of Business and TiasNimbas Business School in 2007-2008. Wayne also holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa, which they completed between 1994 and 1998. In addition to their degrees, Wayne has certifications in 6 Sigma Black Belt and Certified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA.
