Jim Mauck

Mr. Mauck joined CF Real Estate Services as Chief Financial Officer in 2016 and oversees accounting, finance, risk management, asset management, Procurement and IT. Prior to joining CF Real Estate Services, Mr. Mauck held the CFO role for Key Property Services, a leader in the institutional single-family rental industry. Mr. Mauck previously served as CFO for Miles Properties, a national owner, property manager and developer of multi-family assets that managed over 20,000 units at its peak. Prior to joining Miles, Mr. Mauck served as VP-Finance for a division of Pulte Homes where he led the finance and HR functions for the division and played a key role in the division's growth. Mr. Mauck has also held the CFO role for an IT services company, various management positions at US Airways and started his career with KPMG. He has a BS in Accounting and Certificate of Double Major in Finance from Virginia Tech. He became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 1998.
